Darius L. Davis—known in music as D~Boy Mobtana—is a U.S. Army veteran, producer, audio engineer, songwriter, creative director, entrepreneur, and founder of Interface Mastery. His path brings together military service, formal education, music, business development, and years of hands-on creative work.
Darius started writing lyrics and melodies in Southern California in the early 1990s. By sixth grade, after moving to Mobile, Alabama, he had become the “two pens and any hard surface” beat maker.
By seventh grade, Darius and his family had moved to Prichard, Alabama, where he began composing full songs and formed his first rap group, Soulja Click, in tribute to Soulja Slim. In 2005, during his freshman year, he recorded his first mixtape with close friends under the name D.P.B. — Dem P.A. Boyz.
On November 20, 2007, that journey evolved into Gator Made Entertainment. What began as a music label grew into a collective centered on collaboration, brotherhood, sisterhood, and creative development. Darius served as CEO alongside co-CEO Shawn Evans, with the group releasing music, collaborations, features, and independent projects over the years.
In 2019, he released his first solo album, Let Me Demonstrate, and Dance for Me, his first solo track released across major platforms. Bitch Please followed in 2023 and Ecstasy in 2024. Ecstasy became the final official Gator Made Entertainment project, helping usher in MobHouse Media Group as the next distribution and creative chapter.

For Darius, that means building forward from everything that has already proved its value: lessons from service, education, music, entrepreneurship, collaboration, success, and mistakes. Interface Mastery is not about erasing the past and starting over.

His work also includes business strategy, brand development, project planning, talent development, graphic and visual design, video and content production, and event and showcase development.
The goal is to build repeatable creative systems and turn skills into products and services—so music, media, business, talent, and storytelling can support one another instead of remaining disconnected one-time ideas.

MobHouse Media Group (MHMG) represents the next chapter of Darius Davis's broader music, media and entertainment ecosystem. Going forward, new D~Boy Mobtana music releases will be released under MobHouse Media Group.
Gator Made Entertainment (GME) served as the primary record label from November 2007 through February 2024. Beginning with the next era of releases, new releases will operate under MobHouse Media Group (MHMG).
This preserves the historical GME catalog while identifying MHMG as the current and future release era.
