YOUR RELEASE

You may create and commercially release your authorized song worldwide, including:

• Unlimited streams and sales
• Digital and physical distribution
• Monetized music videos, lyric videos, and visualizers
• Public and live performances
• Promotional social-media content
• Clean, explicit, radio-edit, extended, and performance versions of the same song

The license continues indefinitely unless terminated under the terms of the signed agreement.

MASTER OWNERSHIP

You own the finished master recording of your song and your original contributions, subject to Interface Mastery’s retained rights in the underlying Beat and any disclosed third-party rights.

Interface Mastery receives 0% of finished-master recording income by default under the standard $150 Paid Exclusive License unless a different arrangement is separately agreed to in writing.

Ownership of the finished master does not transfer ownership of the underlying Beat, licensed samples, loops, or other third-party material.

The composition split is separate from ownership and revenue associated with the finished master recording.

COMPOSITION & PUBLISHING

The standard composition split is:

Interface Mastery / Producer — 50%
Lyric writer(s) collectively — 50%

Each side controls the publishing associated with its own composition share, subject to disclosed third-party rights and any separate publishing or administration agreements.

If multiple lyric writers are involved, their combined 50% must be divided and documented on the final Composition Split Sheet.

Any additional composition contributor who requires a share must be identified and properly documented before release.

PRODUCER CREDIT

Credit must be included where the applicable platform provides a producer-credit or metadata field and the placement is within the customer’s control.

SAMPLES & THIRD-PARTY MATERIAL

Before signing and payment, Interface Mastery will provide the applicable sample and prior-rights disclosures for the selected Beat.

Supporting sample-license documentation will be provided where applicable and legally shareable.

If additional clearance is required, responsibility and any associated costs must be agreed upon before payment and release.

Artists are responsible for obtaining the necessary rights for any samples, lyrics, vocals, performances, or other material they add to the song.

Exclusive licensing applies only to the rights Interface Mastery controls in the completed Beat. It does not create exclusive ownership of nonexclusive third-party sounds such as properly licensed sample-library material.

CONTENT ID & MONETIZATION

Normal commercial distribution and monetization of the authorized song are permitted under the agreement.

Content ID and similar automated claiming systems are handled separately because eligibility can depend on the Beat’s source material and the rules of the selected service.

Before signing and payment, the transaction-specific disclosure will state whether Content ID enrollment is:

• Permitted
• Prohibited
• Requires additional approval

Content ID eligibility is not guaranteed.

Some Beats containing licensed nonexclusive sample-library material may be restricted from particular automated claiming services even though ordinary distribution and monetization remain permitted.

SYNC / FILM / TV / ADVERTISING / GAMES

The standard license permits ordinary music releases, streaming, monetized videos, promotional content, and live performance.

Placement of the song in third-party films, television productions, advertisements, games, or similar projects requires separate written permission from the appropriate rights holders so the necessary master and composition permissions can be addressed.

WORKING WITH ENGINEERS, LABELS & COLLABORATORS

You may provide necessary production files to engineers, featured performers, labels, distributors, and other service providers solely for creating, preparing, distributing, or promoting the authorized song.

Those parties may not independently use, sell, license, sublicense, or redistribute the Beat or production assets.

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO

The exclusive license does not allow you to:

• Resell the raw Beat
• Transfer the Beat to another artist for an unrelated song
• Sublicense the Beat for another artist’s independent use
• Extract and resell individual samples or production assets
• Commercially release the instrumental Beat by itself without written approval
• Claim ownership of third-party samples or sounds
• Use Content ID or another automated claiming system in a way that improperly claims another recording using the same lawfully licensed source material

PRIOR RIGHTS

Before signing and payment, the customer receives the applicable disclosure identifying any known prior licenses, third-party rights, sample information, clearance requirements, or other limitations associated with the selected Beat.

If the customer does not accept the disclosed prior rights, sample conditions, clearance responsibilities, or transaction-specific terms, the customer may decline the license before signing or payment.

This page is a plain-language overview of the standard Interface Mastery Paid Exclusive Beat License. It does not replace the final signed agreement.

The exact Beat, catalog ID, sample disclosures, prior-rights information, delivery package, composition split, Content ID status, and any transaction-specific terms are confirmed before signing and payment.

No payment is collected when you submit a license request.
