2. LICENSE AND SERVICE REQUEST INFORMATION

Information submitted through a license or service request may be used to:

• Confirm Beat availability
• Discuss licensing or project requirements
• Prepare transaction-specific disclosures or agreements

Submitting a license request does not itself create a license or require payment.

No payment is collected through the initial Beat-license request form.

Submitting a license or service request does not automatically subscribe you to a general marketing or promotional mailing list.

If Interface Mastery later offers optional promotional email subscriptions, those communications will use a separate opt-in process and provide an appropriate method to unsubscribe.

3. PAYMENT INFORMATION

When payment is required for an approved transaction, payment may be processed through a third-party payment provider such as PayPal.

Interface Mastery does not request that customers place full payment-card or bank-account credentials into the website’s license-request or review forms.

Payment providers may collect and process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Interface Mastery may receive transaction-related information such as payment confirmation, payer information, transaction identifiers, amounts, and payment status as necessary to administer the transaction.

4. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you submit a review or public-facing feedback, submission does not guarantee publication.

Reviews may be reviewed or moderated before publication.

Interface Mastery may decline to publish or may remove content that is reasonably determined to contain:

• Harassment or threats
• Discriminatory or abusive material
• Unlawful content
• Private or sensitive information
• Payment information
• Material unrelated to Interface Mastery or the submitted experience
• Impersonation or intentionally misleading information

We reserve the right to make minor formatting, capitalization, spelling, or typographical corrections without materially changing the meaning of the review.

Interface Mastery will not intentionally rewrite a review in a way that changes the reviewer’s substantive opinion.

If a review is published, the website may display the review text, rating, and the name, artist name, or public-facing name supplied for publication.

Email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, and other private contact information are not intended for public display.

You may request that a published review be corrected, updated, or removed by contacting Interface Mastery.

12. CHILDREN

This website is not directed toward children under 13, and Interface Mastery does not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through its customer request or review forms.

If Interface Mastery learns that personal information from a child under 13 was submitted through the website without appropriate authorization, reasonable steps may be taken to delete it.
